These are some of the common questions we get at Behrmann Company. If your question is not answered here or you have a specific situation please give us a call or send an email below.

Behrmann Company is a manufacturer’s representative in the St. Louis marketing area. We sell to mechanical contractors, institutions and industrial customers located in eastern Missouri and southern Illinois. We cannot sell to retail/residential customers but we can recommend one of our distributor/wholesalers or a mechanical contractor to you.

Behrmann Company accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please be aware that we do pass a 2.5% credit card fee on to the customer.

Behrmann Company does warranty work only on the products we represent. If your equipment is out of the warranty period (18 months from shipment or 12 months from startup), please call the installing contractor.

First, make sure equipment is ready for startup.

Contact your Behrmann Company sales engineer or our Product Support Department manager to schedule your startup. Please call as far ahead as possible so we can be sure to accommodate you.
