He is a former president of ASHRAE. His education consists of a B.S.M.E. and an M.B.A. He joined the company in September, 1978.

Education consists of a B.S. in Business Management and HVAC certification from ITT Technical Institute. His career includes over 15 years experience in HVAC equipment service. He joined the company in June, 2002.
