Fulton manufactures a complete line of electric steam boilers from 12kW to 1000 kW (1.2 BHP to 100 BHP) up to 300 PSI for heating and process applications. Fulton's vertical design is a full packaged steam boiler built to ASME specifications and applicable standards and codes. Fulton Electric Steam boilers are extremely efficient because the heating elements are totally immersed in water and the pressure vessel is fully insulated. Radiation losses are minimal. With a carefully calculated heat to steam ratio, operating pressures are achieved quickly with maximum efficiency.

- Pulse Combustion High & Low Pressure Steam Boilers
Fulton Pulse Combustion high and low pressure steam boilers are the only pulse combustion steam boilers available in the industry today. The input ranges and sizes make them perfect for single and modular installations for both new and retrofit projects. Each boiler fits through a standard 34" doorway. The special combustor design gives long lasting heat exchanger life. The combustor travels the full interior length of the pressure vessel. Attached is the exclusive Fulton "Thermaflex" formed pipe system. Combined, this assumes maximum overall even heating. Sizes from 500MBH to 750MBH.

The Fulton VANTAGE provides maximum performance and an input of 3,000,000 Btu/hr, making it the perfect boiler for any large heating application. The VANTAGE is designed with a large condensing heating surface. The result is a reliable boiler which reaches maximum efficiencies possible for the corresponding return water temperature. The VANTAGE comes standard with a linkage-less modulation system. This provides precise burner control throughout the firing range and a 5:1 turndown ratio.

Fulton Pulse Vertical Low Pressure Steam Boilers are efficient and reliable with state of the art technology. Pulse Vertical Low Pressure steam boilers are available with inputs of 750,000 and 1,150,000 Btu/hr, and have a small footprint which will fit through standard door openings, making it ideal for retrofit applications.

A series of heavy walled large diameter schedule 80 flue pipes are welded to the top and bottom heads in the pressure vessel. These pipes are surrounded by water. This water backed design feature speeds up boiler start up time and creates overall even heating throughout. Another design feature is the "ribboned" turbulators that extend the full length inside each flue pipe. These turbulators enhance the overall heat transfer. These turbulator ribbons can be easily removed for cleaning and maintenance of the flue pipes. The Fulton down fired burner is an air pre-heat design. Air entering the boiler from the burner/fan assembly is heated with the hot flue gases. The result is fuel to steam efficiencies of up to 85%. 40 to 150 BHP.

Fulton vertical tubeless boilers can be ordered with combination oil and gas capabilities or can be converted at any time simply and economically.
